Really kind and helpful staff, very friendly. Nice almost brand new room, wide and confortable with good bathroom. Very cleant. Is not too far from city center but a better explanation of how to reach the hotel would help. I don't mean this from a negative point of view as I was very pleased with my stay there.

Very nice and personal attitude. Got a lot of information about the city and main places of interest, city map and even discounts in two restaurants at Mantova. A simple place but there are main things needed, including free WiFi and free parking.

What I most appreciated were the extremely helpful, lovely people running it. They were happy to give sensible and useful advice and keen to do everything to make my stay (5 days) more comfortable and enjoyable. The albergo is a modern building but spotlessly clean, comfortable and simply attractive . Mantua city is small and not over run with tourists, it's beautiful, friendly and is an excellent base to visit other cities such as Verona, Modena by train or car.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean, well appointed room, very nice young couple were excellent hosts for our stay
Map and directions on your web site were good at getting us roughly to the right place but poor on the last 300-400 metres so we drove round in circles a couple of times before finding it.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming, picking us up from the station and getting our baggage back there on time when we left at no extra charge. The hotel was very clean and neat. Mantua is an attractive town with a number of good historical sites and a large lake to take a trip on. The Town Centre is compact with several good restaurants and bars. The hotel is a little way out of town but buses are regular during the day and taxis are available in the evening.
